Samantha J. Fitzgerald

Owner & Attorney

Samantha Fitzgerald is the founder of SJF Law Group and has practiced law for more than 25 years, with a primary focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is known for handling complex, high-stakes matters with precision, strong judgment, and an insistence on getting things done efficiently and correctly.

Samantha leads a highly organized, process-driven firm that combines the personal service of a boutique practice with the systems, rigor, and legal sophistication of a much larger firm. The firm is recognized for its high standards, attention to detail, and collaborative team approach.

While SJF Law Group also provides estate planning services, Samantha’s personal practice is concentrated on probate and trust administration, high-value estates, and complicated fiduciary issues. She regularly works with personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, accountants, and financial advisors to resolve matters efficiently while minimizing unnecessary conflict, delay, and expense.

In addition to her legal practice, Samantha has a long-standing commitment to professional leadership and community service. She has performed extensive pro bono work through Legal Aid and Put Something Back and has served in numerous leadership, governance, and financial oversight roles for nonprofit and civic organizations.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Samantha has lived in Florida for more than 30 years and resides in Plantation with her husband and two children.
