Ashley Tacher

Ashley Tacher is an associate attorney at our firm, focusing her practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families create thoughtful, customized estate plans while guiding fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the administration process with clarity and care.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating in 2023. She was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year and began practicing immediately thereafter. During law school, Ashley was actively involved in the legal community, serving as a Student Representative for the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society, an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, and earning top honors in her Will Drafting Workshop.
A proud “Double Cane,” Ashley returned to the University of Miami School of Law to earn her LL.M. in Estate Planning, further strengthening her depth of knowledge in this specialized area of practice.
Outside of her legal practice, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, her fiancé, and their two cats. She maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym workouts and Pilates classes. A true foodie, Ashley enjoys cooking and baking and exploring new restaurants and culinary experiences. She brings the same dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm she values in her personal life to every client she serves.
