SJF Law Group Awards Inaugural Future Leaders Scholarship to Support the Next Generation

Broward County students awarded for scholarship opportunity

At SJF Law Group, we believe that investing in the next generation is essential to building stronger communities and a brighter future. As part of our ongoing commitment to community engagement and education, we were proud to launch our inaugural Future Leaders Scholarship, offering financial support to local students pursuing higher education.

Our scholarship invited high school seniors in Broward County to submit a short video answering the thought-provoking question: “Do you think social media is good or bad? Why?” This question was designed to spark critical thinking and encourage young people to express their perspectives on the evolving role of social media in society.

After reviewing numerous impressive submissions, we were thrilled to award the $1,000 Future Leaders Scholarship to Adamaris Birk, whose thoughtful response and passion stood out. Adamaris will be continuing her academic journey at Broward College to pursue a career in nursing. We are honored to support her as she takes this important step toward her future.

Additionally, we were inspired by the outstanding submission from Ra’Niyah Ariss, an aspiring law student who shared her own meaningful perspective. In recognition of her effort and dedication, we were pleased to name her as our scholarship runner-up and award her a $250 gift card to help with college expenses as she prepares to attend Florida Atlantic University.

This scholarship reflects our firm’s deep-rooted belief in the power of education, mentorship, and community support. By encouraging students to think critically, share their voices, and pursue their dreams, we hope to contribute to the development of future leaders who will shape and strengthen the communities we serve.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to both Adamaris and Ra’Niyah, and we thank all of the students who shared their ideas and aspirations with us. Together, we are laying the groundwork for a brighter tomorrow.
