Brittany Shaw
Brittany Shaw is a dedicated Guardianship Paralegal at SJF Law Group, assisting families through the guardianship process with compassion and efficiency. With over five years of experience in dependency law and legal advocacy, she has a strong background in case management, legal document preparation, and client support.
Brittany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice (Pre-Law) from Florida A&M University, the nation’s #1 public HBCU, and her Master’s degree in Cybercrime, along with a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity & Digital Forensic Investigations from the University of South Florida. Her long-term goal is to become an attorney advocating for underprivileged individuals and families.
Her passion for child welfare, foster care reform, and legal access for underserved communities stems from her personal journey. As an orphan by age 17, Brittany navigated life’s challenges independently, shaping her commitment to advocacy and ensuring families receive the legal support they need.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys traveling, pottery, beach days, and quality time with loved ones. Her dedication to helping families find stability and security makes her an invaluable part of the SJF Law Group team.
