Marioly is dedicated to helping clients protect their assets, secure their legacies, and achieve peace of mind through thoughtful, customized estate plans.
Marioly earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she gained hands-on experience in the Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Law Clinic, providing legal counseling for individuals with disabilities and handling a variety of advocacy cases. She also served as Executive Lead Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude.
Fluent in Spanish, Marioly can serve an even broader range of families throughout South Florida with the same personal attention and care SJF Law Group is known for.
A proud Cuban-American, Marioly’s passion for estate planning is deeply rooted in her family’s journey and their commitment to hard work and preparation. She takes pride in guiding clients toward securing their families’ futures with plans tailored to their unique goals.
Having recently moved back to her hometown of Weston, Florida, Marioly is excited to serve the community she calls home. Outside the office, she enjoys playing beach tennis, experimenting with new recipes, and rollerblading.
