Marioly Chacon

Associate Attorney

Marioly Chacon is an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney dedicated to helping clients protect their assets, secure their legacies, and achieve peace of mind through thoughtful and customized estate plans.

Marioly earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude, and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, she gained invaluable experience in the Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Law Clinic, where she provided legal counseling for individuals with disabilities and handled a variety of advocacy cases. She also served as the Executive Lead Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, honing her skills in legal writing and research.

A proud Cuban-American, Marioly’s passion for estate planning is deeply rooted in her family’s journey and their commitment to hard work and preparation. She takes pride in guiding her clients toward securing their families’ futures with plans tailored to their unique goals.

In her personal life, Marioly enjoys playing beach tennis, experimenting with new recipes, and rollerblading to unwind. Having recently moved back to her hometown of Weston, Florida, she is excited to serve the community she calls home with the same dedication and care she brings to all her endeavors.
