Our firm is thrilled to announce that Lauren Burns, our Senior Attorney, has been admitted to the Board of Directors of the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association for the 2024 – 2025 term!

The Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association (BCWLA) is a diverse group of lawyers and judges, unified by a shared vision. Despite varying experience, practice areas, gender, age, and ethnicity, their members believe that a thriving legal community is built on the dedication of its lawyers and judges to both the legal profession and the civic community.

While the association encourages and supports its members, it is also a voluntary Bar association committed to serving the Broward County community. Through the hands-on efforts of its members, the association provides pro bono legal assistance to indigent clients, guides and serves as role models to young women in need, and raises funds and items like professional clothing and toys to donate to area charities. The association believes in giving back and works collaboratively with other community-based organizations to make a difference.

Lauren’s dedication to the BCWLA aligns perfectly with our firm’s core value of constant and never-ending improvement, and we are confident that her leadership will further enhance the positive impact of the association.
