Solimar Rodriguez-Saez

With an extensive background in Estate Planning and Probate, Soli, is our very first Spanish speaking attorney.

Born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, Soli completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico with a major in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Dramatic Arts. In 2010 she completed her Juris Doctor Degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, receiving the Litigation Award.

In the same year, Solimar moved to Fort Lauderdale and worked with law firms dedicated to Commercial litigation, Family law, Foreclosure Defense, Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Probate. She later opened her own practice, SRS Legal, P.A., located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale that focused on Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney, Guardians for minors) Probate, and Uncontested Family Law matters.

With a great understanding of the law, she tailors her professional services with great diligence, compassion and care. Solimar also dedicates part of her practice to educating business owners about the tax benefits and incentives Puerto Rico has to offer to companies of any size.

Soli is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She speaks Spanish fluently.

Solimar’s charisma, leadership and involvement with the community has earned her recognition and awards throughout her student and professional career. It is her boisterous personality that helps her clients feel a strong bond with her, and understand how much she cares for them. That personality can be seen in any of the many community events and organizations she participates in, including a new live tv show that she is co-hosting called Juntas y Sueltas.
