My practice focuses on federal tax matters, business structuring, and estate planning and probate administration. My clients are generally located in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, although I frequently handle state wide probate administrations.
I assist individual and business clients with tax matters such as IRS audits, levies, liens, wage garnishments, innocent spouse cases and offers in compromise. I also consult with clients on a wide range of tax issues which may affect their individual and/or business tax liability.
Part of my tax practice is dedicated to the formation of tax exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3) organizations, private foundations, social organizations and trade associations. I further assist clients defend their tax exempt status with the IRS when applications are denied or an existing tax exempt status is revoked.
ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE ADMINISTRATION
My estate and probate practice includes the full range of estate planning and administration matters, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogates, guardian nominations, beneficiary representation and probate administration throughout the state of Florida.
I represent individuals and small businesses with tax issues involved in planning, structuring and negotiating of business transactions. I advise clients regarding what type of entity to select, and I assist them in restructuring through mergers and other methods when a change in entity is needed. I also handle the preparation of agreements such as by-sell, operating, partnership, shareholder and joint venture, as well as representation of clients who are buying or selling a business. My experience with tax law enables me to develop tax-efficient solutions that meet specific client needs.
